1. Why do I need to provide my companion’s e-Ticket number in order to view his/her personal information?
For privacy and security reasons, your companion’s information is locked. To release, please provide the e-Ticket number to view or update your companion’s information.
2. What should I do if my travel document details previously provided have changed or are incorrect?
You may update or amend your details online via Manage My Booking anytime prior to departure. However, once you have checked in, you are not allowed to amend your details.
