Flight Paging
1. Is Auto Messaging's Flight Paging service the same as notiFLY Flight Paging service? They are basically the same, except Auto Messaging will send out automatic flight reminders whenever you fly with Dragonair or Cathay Pacific . If you wish your meeters and greeters to be aware of your arrival, you can subscribe to our notiFLY Flight Paging service. |
2. When will I receive Auto Messaging's Flight Paging messages? If your flight is on schedule, you will receive flight paging messages 2 hours before scheduled departure time. Should your flight be delayed more than 30 minutes, cancelled or diverted within 24 hours of scheduled departure time, you will receive an alert message immediately. |
3. If I make a reservation within 24 hours of scheduled departure time, can I still receive Flight Paging service? Yes. However, please note the following: If you make your reservation 3 to 24 hours before scheduled departure time, you will only receive alert messages if your flight is on time or delayed. However, alert messages are unavailable for cancelled or diverted flights. For reservations made within 3 hours of scheduled departure time, we are unable to send you any flight paging messages. |
