Special Ticketing Guidelines for Sichuan Earthquake

Due to the earthquake in Sichuan, with immediate effect, rebooking/rerouting charges will be waived for all tickets issued worldwide (irrespective of fare type) on / before 20 April 2013 for travel on Dragonair / Cathay Pacific with confirmed booking involving Chengdu (between 20 April 2013 and 30 April 2013) or Chongqing (between 20 April 2013 and 22 April 2013).

- No waiver on cancellation and refund charges.
- Rebooking / Rerouting
Rebooking / rerouting charges will be waived on condition that:- Such requests are made on / before 30 April 2013 (Chengdu) or 22 April 2013 (Chongqing) and before departure for travel on Dragonair with confirmed booking involving Chengdu (between 20 April 2013 and 30 April 2013) or Chongqing (between 20 April 2013 and 22 April 2013).
No show passenger is not eligible for the waiver. - Revised (new) travel date must be on / before 30 May 2013 (Chengdu) or 22 May 2013 (Chongqing) and subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly.
- Rerouting to/from/via mainland China destinations is subject to flight availability. No fare difference will be collected.
- The newly rebooked sector must observe and conform to the conditions of the respective fare rule, e.g. black out dates, flight application, weekend / weekday travel, stopover charges, and applicable seasonalities by collecting additional / refunding difference (if any) as appropriate.
- Reissuance charges will only be waived due to the expiry of the original ticket.
- Such requests are made on / before 30 April 2013 (Chengdu) or 22 April 2013 (Chongqing) and before departure for travel on Dragonair with confirmed booking involving Chengdu (between 20 April 2013 and 30 April 2013) or Chongqing (between 20 April 2013 and 22 April 2013).

- Rebooking is permitted; revised (new) travel date must be on / before 22 May 2013 and subject to flight availability.
- Due to the expiry of the original ticket, re-issuance service charges will only be waived on conditions that :-
- Such requests are made on/before 22 April 2013 and before departure for travel on Cathay Pacific/Dragonair with confirmed booking involving Chengdu or Chongqing between 20 April 2013 and 22 April 2013.
- Revised (new) travel date must be on / before 22 May 2013 and subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly.
- Rerouting to/from/via China destinations is permitted and will be subject to flight availability.
- The newly rebooked sector must observe and conform to the conditions of the terms and conditions of Asia Miles.
