1. When will I start receiving notiFLY messages? Your request will be activated beginning 24 hours before the scheduled flight arrival / departure time. You will receive your first notiFLY message when your flight is delayed for more than 30 minutes. For further details, click here. |

2. Is the flight status I receive real-time? Yes, real-time flight status is available for all our flights. For codesharing flights (flight number with 4 digits starting with "1"), please contact our reservations office for the latest updates. |

3. What if there is a change of schedule again after the flight has already been delayed? If your flight is further delayed for more than 30 minutes, we will send you another message. If your flight delay is reduced by more than 10 minutes, we will also send you a message. |

4. What if my flight is cancelled? We will notify you if your flight has been cancelled. In case of a diversion, we will also send you an SMS message and/or email. |

5. Why can't I sign up for notiFLY Flight Paging within an hour of arrival / departure? The information appearing on the airport monitors are the most up-to-date. To ensure that you are informed of any last minute changes, we suggest you check with our Airport Services staff at the check-in counter, or refer to the airport monitors for the latest information. |
