1. Who can subscribe to notiFLY Flight Paging?

SMS (mobile phone text message) - This service is currently available to mobile phone users in more than 30 countries / territories including: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.

If you wish to receive notiFLY Flight Paging messages, please make sure that your phone is capable of receiving SMS. Note that certain mobile phone operators require you to subscribe to special services before you can receive any SMS messages. For a list of the mobile phone operators we support, please press here.

2. What languages are available for notiFLY Flight Paging?

notiFLY Flight Paging is currently available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean.

3. Do I need to be a passenger to use notiFLY Flight Paging?

No, passengers as well as meeters and greeters are all welcome to use this service.

4. How can I subscribe to notiFLY Flight Paging?

You can subscribe to this service by signing up. You can submit your request as far as 6 days ahead of your flight arrival / departure date. Check out more details about notiFLY Flight Paging.

5. How do I know whether my request has been received?

You will receive a Request Number on the confirmation page right after you have submitted your request online. You can use this number to retrieve and/or amend your notiFLY Flight Paging request where necessary.

6. Is there a limit to the number of requests I make?

You can only make one request on a particular flight. You can make a request on up to two flights for the same Arrival/Departure date.

7. Can I update or cancel my notiFLY Flight Paging request?

Yes, you can update your current request simply by going to the "Update an existing request" page. You can also cancel an existing request on the same page.

If you do not have the Request Number, you will need to make a new request instead.

8. Can I receive notiFLY Flight Paging messages abroad?

Yes, you can receive notiFLY Flight Paging messages via your mobile phone if you are using roaming service and/or via email. Please check with your mobile phone operator re roaming operators in your destination to see if you could receive this service abroad.

9. How much does it cost to subscribe to notiFLY Flight Paging?

This service is provided to you free of charge. Please note that certain mobile phone operators may charge you for receiving SMS messages. If you are unsure, please contact your mobile phone operator.
