Tickets

1. What is eTicketing?

eTickets - available on selected routes, are a convenient alternative to traditional paper tickets. After purchasing your ticket online, we will send you an email to confirm your flight details. This information is stored in our computers so that when you arrive at the airport, all you need to do is present your passport and an eTicket Itinerary receipt at the check-in counter in exchange for a boarding pass.

If you purchase your ticket through our reservations office, you can request for an eTicket as well. We will issue you an eTicket Itinerary receipt to confirm your booking. If you reside in Hong Kong, you can also make use of our eTicketing service when you book via your travel agent.

Please note that passengers holding eTickets are required to keep a printed copy of your eTicket Itinerary receipt with you throughout your journey, as it is required for check-in and immigration purposes.

2. Do I need to reconfirm my ticket?

There is no need to reconfirm your flight when you fly with us as well as our codesharing partners. However, if you are unable to show up for your flight, please call our reservations office and notify us in advance. If not, your onward booking(s) will be cancelled.
