| Observing your Baggage Limitations is essential in ensuring safety and comfort on the flight Dragonair takes the safety of its passengers and crew seriously. Due to Occupational Health & Safety regulations, Cabin Crew are encouraged not to lift or carry passengers' cabin baggage. Passengers are recommended to check in any baggage that they would not be able to lift into the overhead compartment. Any cabin baggage in excess of the allowable size or weight limits will be loaded with checked baggage. Our Cabin Crew will, however, be able to help passengers who require assistance e.g. mothers with infants, unaccompanied minors, young passengers travelling alone, wheelchair passengers, the elderly, or disabled passengers, with their bags. | ||
Excess baggage charges will be collected if the items exceed your free checked baggage allowance.
Dragonair adopts the international standard cabin baggage policy. Individual carriers may, however, apply a different cabin baggage allowance. If your journey involves a connection to other carrier(s), you are advised to check with these carriers for details of their policies and ensure compliance.
