Baggage Services Division
Using the World Tracer System, Baggage Services is able to accurately inform all passengers about the status of their luggage. We also have a conveniently located enquiry desk in the Customs Hall.
Cargo Services Division
This 24-hour service station is responsible for handling all dangerous goods, which have to have been registered by IATA (International Air Transport Association) or the FAA (US Federal Aviation Administration).
Ramp Services Division
This division not only carries out load control planning, but also weight and balance operations for each customer airline served. In addition, the Ramp Services staff formulate computer and manual load sheets as well as supervise all pre- and post-flight activities.
Flight Operations Division
Using state-of-the-art communications equipment, the Flight Operations Division is staffed with highly qualified dispatchers from CAA UK (Civil Aviation Authority, United Kingdom) as well as the FAA. They are also directly linked to the MET (Meteorological) office and prepare weather reports, NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) and flight plans.
Customer Services Division
This dedicated check-in team specialises in assisting VIP, UM (unaccompanied minor), MEDA (medical case) as well as elderly and wheelchair-bound passengers. Customer Services has also adopted DCS (departure control system) and staff wear the uniform of the client airlines we serve.
Ticketing & Information Division
Here passengers can make use of telephones and enjoy fast and convenient ticketing services. All reservations can be made through the CUTE (Common use terminal equipment) system. There is also an IVRS (Interactive voice responding system) automated telephone system for flight enquiries.
Station Control Division
The division is responsible for monitoring flight operations, gathering and disseminating information internally to ensure operations run smoothly.
