notiFLY subscription via SMS

With this new service, you can subscribe to our notiFLY flight paging directly using mobile text messages any time anywhere especially when internet access is not available. By sending a text message to a designated phone number, you will receive an SMS acknowledgement immediately after successful subscription. Similarly we will send our notiFLY messages on change of flight status.

Subscribe a Departure Message for KA864 Departing on 11 July

1. Enter the SMS in the following format:
   "<Flight Number> <DDMM>" (separated by a space)
   Example: "KA864 1107" or "ka864 1107"
   
   
2. Send the message to +852 6450 0888.
   You may skip +852 if you are in Hong Kong.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. After a few seconds, an acknowledgement text message will be sent to your mobile phone upon successful subscription with the following information.
   
   

   7-Digit Request ID
   Flight Number
   Departure Port
   Departure Date

   
   
   
   
   
4. At time of 2 hours before flight departure, a flight reminder will be sent to your mobile phone. The content of this reminder is the same as the one subscribed on the web or mobile site.

Subscribe an Arrival Message for KA864 Arriving on 11 July

Enter the SMS in the following format:
"<Flight Number> <DDMM> A" (separated by a space)
Example: "KA864 1107 A" or "ka864 1107 A"

If you don’t add "A" after the flight number and arrival date, the message will be sent as a departure message.

Specify the Preferred Language

Enter the SMS in the following format:
"<Flight Number> <DDMM> <A/D> <Language>"
Example: "KA864 1107 D ZH"

Language Code
EN – English
ZH or TC - Traditional Chinese
SC - Simplified Chinese
JP - Japanese
KR - Korean

If you don’t specify any language preference, you will receive the message in English.

Note

For multi-sector flights, all sectors of this flight will be subscribed to notiFLY Flight Paging. In the acknowledgement message, multiple request numbers will be shown.

Please go online and update/delete the unwanted existing request by entering the request number.
