1. What devices do I need to download the Timetable? For PC version: |

2. How often are the Downloadable Timetable updated? For PC version, we update it monthly. |

3. Can I do a partial download? We will be constantly adding new features to our Timetable. Hence, you need to download the whole installation file each time you update your version. |

4. Do you have a Mac version of the Downloadable Timetable? Currently, we only have PC versions for Downloadable Timetable. |

5. What should I do if the "Timeout" error message appears during the download process? Please try again during non-peak hours, or contact your Internet Service Provider if this problem persists. |

6. How do I view the PDF timetable on my computer? First, to view the timetable, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Having installed the Acrobat Reader, you can click on the PDF timetable link and the timetable will automatically be shown in a new internet browser window. Alternatively, you can download it to your computer – simply place your mouse over the above "Download" link, right click your mouse to pull out the menu and then select the option to save the file to your computer. Then open the file, you will be able to view the timetable. |

7. How can I print out selected schedules from the PDF timetable? Having opened the PDF timetable, you can either select "Print" from the menu bar's "File" option, or you can press the printer icon in the tool bar and select the pages that you want to print. When viewing the timetable on your computer, page number is shown at the bottom of each page. |
