Transit Information

International flights depart from Chennai International Airport - Anna International Terminal and all Domestic flights depart from Chennai International Airport’s, Kamaraj Domestic Terminal.

Passengers connecting on to Jet Airways or Indian Airlines flights either on the outbound or inbound can check through to their final destination. For other domestic carriers, passengers will need to check in separately with the chosen carrier.

Please note that for passengers arriving into India, customs and immigration clearance must be done at Chennai. Contact our India offices for further details.

Others: 2ozs perfume and 0.25 litres of eau-de-toilette. Goods up to the value of 12,000 INR for Indian tourists and non-residents; 4,000 INR for tourists.

Duty-free allowances not available to passengers entering from Bhutan, China and Nepal. No Indian currency is allowed to be brought in / taken out of the country.
