You've arrived at Hong Kong International Airport and have cleared immigration. Now it's time to collect your baggage. Once again, we've made the job much easier for you.
We have our own Baggage Inquiry Desk, located between carousels 7 and 8. HIAS, a Dragonair wholly owned subsidiary company, is happy to assist you if you have any baggage enquiries.
Arrivals Lounge
Before you start your activities in town, The Arrival provides you a relaxing area to get you refreshed and unwound from travel. You can take a shower and enjoy a complimentary self-serve buffet.The Arrival is located past the arrivals hall, at the centre passage connecting Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, right below the Airport Express station.
