Hassle-Free Check-in
Checking in at our Hub is hassle-free, quick and convenient. The check-in counters are located on Level 7 - the same level where you arrive at the airport (whether by train or bus).
Baggage trolleys are available free of charge, and you only need to take a short walk before reaching our check-in counters in Aisle D, Terminal 1 of the Check-in Hall.

Economy Class Check-in
We've introduced the "single queue" concept so that you can enjoy quicker, hassle-free check-in service.
In-town Check-in
Dragonair offers an extended in-town check-in service at the Hong Kong and Kowloon Airport Express Line (AEL) stations. Passengers can check in for a Dragonair flight any time from one day in advance up to 90 minutes before departure. The In-town Check-in service operates from 5:30am to 9:30pm (subject to our last departure flight) daily.
Through Check-in
In order to maximise convenience for passengers with onward connections on other carriers, our Through check-in service allows passengers to obtain boarding passes for their onward flights. This service also applies to passengers from certain destinations who have same-day onward flights on Dragonair. Our Through Check-in service partner airlines include Cathay Pacific Airways, China Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa, Singapore Airlines, Qantas Airways, Eva Air, Swiss International Airlines, Japan Airlines, Scandinavian Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Air China.
Return Check
Dragonair passengers travelling from Hong Kong to Beijing v.v. or to Kaohsiung v.v. can use our Return Check service. Passengers will receive both their outbound and inbound boarding passes at the original departure point, provided that their return flight is on the same day or the following day and that the booking is confirmed. Valid travel documents must also be presented at time of check-in.
