1. Who can apply?

You are welcome to apply if you meet the following requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident holding a passport with the right to live and work in Hong Kong indefinitely
• Education of at least HKCEE standard or equivalent with a pass in English (Syllabus B)
• Proficiency in reading and speaking English and Cantonese / Mandarin
• Knowledge of other Asian languages and dialects is an added advantage
• Minimum arm-reach of 212cm
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential

2. Why is it necessary to have an arm reach of 212cm?

This is necessary in order to meet our safety requirements. We measure arm reach by extending your arms above your head. Standing on tiptoe is allowed.

3. I live outside of Hong Kong but I'm a permanent Hong Kong resident. Can I still apply?

Permanent Hong Kong residents who meet all of our requirements are welcome to apply. Please note that interviews are conducted in Hong Kong; all travel and other expenses incurred when attending an interview will be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
