3. What is the retirement age for pilots? We offer a full career to the age of 60 years. |

4. Will the selection process take place in Hong Kong?
The selection process for the Cadet Pilot Programme will take place in Hong Kong. Overseas applicants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation to attend the interview in Hong Kong. |

5. I hold a foreign flying licence. Will I need to convert it to a Hong Kong licence? The Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department will provide licence conversion terms to all successful applicants. |

6. What are the career prospects for flight crew at Dragonair ?
Qualified Flight Crew may proceed to the rank of Training Captain and / or Check Captain. There are opportunities for Captains to advance into Management as well. Members from all ranks are also given the opportunity to take part in various projects. |

7. How do I know if my application is successful or not?
Short-listed Cadet Pilot applicants will be notified within three weeks of their applications from the closing date as advertised. |
