1. Will the selection process take place in Hong Kong? The selection process of the Cadet Pilot Programme will take place in Hong Kong. Overseas applicants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation to attend the selection process in Hong Kong. |

2. If I was unsuccessful in the last round of Cadet Pilot Programme, when can I re-apply? Normally re-application will be considered after 12 months from the last submission date. However, if you failed during the selection process, 12 months will count from your last unsuccessful test/interview date. |

3. I have the right to live and work in HK, but I do not hold a HK Permanent ID card, am I eligible to apply? All applicants for the Cadet Pilot Programme must be a holder of the HK Permanent ID card. |

4. I am short-sighted, and/or had a Lasik eye surgery. Am I eligible to apply and qualify for the HK CAD Class 1 medical certificate? All shortlisted candidates at the second interview stage will undergo a HK CAD Class 1 medical check. The HK CAD Approved Medical Examiner will assess and determine whether a HK Class 1 medical certificate will be issued. |

5. How do I know if my application is successful or not? Shortlisted candidates will be notified in due course, either by phone or by email. |
