About Manage My Booking

1. What is “Manage My Booking”?

“Manage My Booking” is your complete personal travel plan designed to help you manage your itinerary and ensure you have all the information at hand to prepare you for an enjoyable trip.

2. Who can use Manage My Booking?

Passengers who have booked their tickets for travel on Dragonair or Cathay Pacific online, through our reservation offices or Travel Agents (Ticket number starting with 160 or 043) are eligible to use Manage My booking services.

3. If I made my booking with a travel agent, can I use Manage My Booking?

You can use Manage My booking if you have booked through a travel agent and your booking contains at least one flight listed with a Dragonair or Cathay Pacific flight number.

You may not be able to view the details of flights that are not listed with Dragonair or Cathay Pacific flight number.

4. What can I do through Manage My Booking?

Manage My Booking allows you to:

  • View your Cathay Pacific / Dragonair booking details, including any special requests, seats, etc. anytime, anywhere
  • Update your personal and travel document details
  • Request a seat and special meal
  • View your booking reminders, relevant travel advisories, and airport, inflight and destination information
  • Save it to your calendar to remind you of your travel
  • View or print your e-Ticket itinerary receipt
  • Select your seat and check in for your flight 48 hours before departure

5. How can I access Manage My Booking?

Manage My Booking is available on the home page of Dragonair website or Cathay Pacific website.

The Marco Polo Club member: Simply choose "Manage My Booking" after you have logged on to your Personal Homepage or log in to Manage My Booking from the dragonair.com or cathaypacific.com homepage.

Asia Miles member: Simply log on to "Manage My Booking" at dragonair.com or cathaypacific.com homepage, using your Asia Miles membership number and PIN.

Non-member: Simply provide your name and booking reference number or e-Ticket Number on Manage My Booking .

6. Can I change my booking/tickets online through Manage My Booking?

Passengers with original tickets purchased online via cathaypacific.com with journeys commencing from certain countries are allowed to change their booking or tickets online. Simply click here for the full list of countries and other details.

7. Can I cancel my booking online through Manage My Booking?

You can only cancel your booking online if you are a member of The Marco Polo Club / Asia Miles, and purchased your ticket on dragonair.com or cathaypacific.com. Please note that cancellation charges may apply. You can also contact The Club Service Centre (if you are a member), local reservation offices or your travel agent to cancel your booking.
