1. Can I change my tickets booked online? Currently, you are unable to change your tickets online. However, simply contact our reservations office and we will arrange it for you. |

2. Can I cancel my booking online and if so, how will I get my refund? You can retrieve your online booking and cancel it. Please call or send an email to our eService Centre after you have made your cancellation online, and we will process your refund immediately. The refund will be credited directly to your credit card account. |
