1. How do I pay for tickets purchased online? We accept Debit / Credit card issued in China, International Visa and International MasterCard if your journey commences from China. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (Amex is temporarily not accepted for journey that commences from Bangladesh), Diners Club and JCB credit cards for journey from origins other than China. In addition: If you choose Visa or MasterCard for payment, you may be required to enter your personal password in a secure page for authentication to complete the online purchase; if Verified by Visa or MasterCard® SecureCode security feature is enabled by your credit card company. Please sign up for Verified by Visa and MasterCard® SecureCode with your credit card company if you have not yet registered! |

2. Are online transactions safe? Our online booking facility utilises the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology - an industry-standard method for protecting web communications. Data is encrypted (turned into code) before transmission to prevent it from being intercepted. |

3. When will you charge my credit card after I have made a booking online? Once you have confirmed your booking online, we will immediately issue a debit note to your credit card company. This applies even if you decide to change your travel plans right after. Please contact our eService Centre should you like to rearrange your travel plans or would like to seek a refund. Please note that refund and / or cancellation charges may apply according to applicable fare conditions. |

4. How can I collect my tickets? Except for destination of Bengaluru (Bangalore), all tickets are issued as electronic tickets (eTicket). |
