We offer a Frequent Traveller's Medical Card (FREMEC) to passengers suffering from an incapacitating medical condition. If you already hold a FREMEC card, you no longer have to submit an application signed by your physician each time you fly with us.
Once you have registered with us, our reservations office will have your travel requirements on record so that special assistance can be arranged when you fly with us. For enquiries about the FREMEC card, please contact your local Reservations office.
