2. Who can use Manage My Booking? Passengers who have booked their tickets for travel on Dragonair or Cathay Pacific online, through our reservation offices or Travel Agents (Ticket number starting with 160 or 043) are eligible to use Manage My booking services. |

3. If I made my booking with a travel agent, can I use Manage My Booking? You can use Manage My booking if you have booked through a travel agent and your booking contains at least one flight listed with a Dragonair or Cathay Pacific flight number. |

4. What can I do through Manage My Booking? Manage My Booking allows you to:

6. Can I change my booking/tickets online through Manage My Booking? Passengers with original tickets purchased online via cathaypacific.com with journeys commencing from certain countries are allowed to change their booking or tickets online. Simply click here for the full list of countries and other details. |

7. Can I cancel my booking online through Manage My Booking? You can only cancel your booking online if you are a member of The Marco Polo Club / Asia Miles, and purchased your ticket on dragonair.com or cathaypacific.com. Please note that cancellation charges may apply. You can also contact The Club Service Centre (if you are a member), local reservation offices or your travel agent to cancel your booking. |
