1. Why do I need to provide my companion’s e-Ticket number in order to view his/her personal information?
For privacy and security reasons, your companion’s information is locked. To release, please provide the e-Ticket number to view or update your companion’s information.
2. How do I view my e-Ticket itinerary receipt?
You can view your e-Ticket itinerary receipt online at anytime through Manage My Booking. Your e-Ticket itinerary receipt is in PDF. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view your itinerary receipt. You can download this software for free from Adobe.
