Low sodium / Low salt
Minimum sodium content. No salt is used in food preparation for this meal. Highly salted foods and most condiments are omitted. It is suitable for passengers with high blood pressure, fluid retention and kidney problems.
Foods which contain lactose or of dairy origin are eliminated.

Calories range approximately between 2000 cal. and 2400 cal. in 24-hour period. Suitable for non-insulin and insulin dependent diabetics
Low cholesterol / Low fat
This meal contains added complex carbohydrates, high fibre, low fat, and low dietary cholesterol. Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are used instead of saturated type. No gravy, egg yolk, prawn, or crab is added.
