How to ensure you receive the most up-to-date notiFLY flight messages

Following our recent system upgrade, we have been experiencing issues with extracting information from member profiles or booking records. This has affected our notiFLY messaging services.If you are currently holding Dragonair or Cathay Pacific tickets, we strongly encourage you to enter your contact details each time you check in online to ensure you receive up-to-date flight status messages via SMS or email – regardless of whether you have previously subscribed to notiFLY Auto Messaging with your member profile or provided your contact details in your booking record.
Alternatively, you can submit a new subscription request to notiFLY at www.dragonair.com up to six days before your flight departure date.
We are working as hard as possible to restore our services to normal levels. Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
