Dragonair offers passengers a wide range of delicious menu choices on board, representing the best of Asian and Western cuisine. On average, we serve over 20,000 meals a day and the inflight menu is reviewed regularly to bring you a variety of delicacies to suit your tastes and preferences.

Our inflight dishes are designed to match the local flavours of the travel destination. On some flights we have Western cuisine on the menu as well, for those who prefer a different taste on the journey.

For some of our flights, we have exclusive menus of local flavours created in collaboration with award-winning chefs of prestigious restaurants from Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei and Kaohsiung.

Our inflight meals are always made with finest ingredients, and ensured to be of best quality when served on board. Keep an eye out for our seasonal menus, available in certain cabin classes on specific routes during various times of the year, which use in-season, locally sourced produce to bring the best flavours out in each dish.

On selected Dragonair flights, passengers with a sweet tooth can enjoy a delightful variety of premium Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Additionally, snacks and light refreshments are available during the journey on certain flights.

You can complement your meal with a perfect drink from Dragonair’s extensive beverage list. Choose our diverse range of beverages, including wine, champagne, liquor, juice and soft drinks. For wine, we have list of high-quality reds and whites compiled by our professional wine consultants. For Chinese tea, we have a selection of Jasmine, Oolong and Pu Er teas from renowned Hong Kong brand, Fook Ming Tong. Coffee is also served on board, as well as a variety of herbal teas.

  • Approximately 269,000 bottles of wine
  • Approximately 365,000 litres of soft drinks
  • Approximately 752,000 litres of fruit juice
  • Approximately 443,000 kilograms of ice cubes

*Flights between Hong Kong and Haikou/Changsha/Guilin/Guangzhou/Sanya/Clark will only serve beverages for Economy class passengers.
