Customers travelling to and from Thailand

Last updated: 04 Jun 2014

Due to the latest situation in Thailand, there are checkpoints, traffic diversions and road closures in some areas and potential traffic congestion is expected. We recommend passengers to allow at least 3 to 4 hours to commute to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Dragonair is monitoring the situation closely. Flight operations remain normal, but there will be on going flight cancellations and consolidations. We advise passengers travelling to and from Thailand to check the latest Flight Status before departing for the airport. We will also assist with alternative arrangements for affected passengers whose flights are cancelled. To ensure you receive the latest flight status updates via SMS or email, please update contact details in Manage Booking.

Please also note that HKSAR Government has issued the Red Outbound Travel Alert (OTA) for Thailand. You may refer to the Outbound Travel Alert website of the Security Bureau at http://www.sb.gov.hk/eng/ota/ for details of current OTA alerts.
