Due to adverse weather conditions at Hong Kong International Airport on 30 March, Dragonair flight KA875 was diverted to Shenzhen. Shenzhen is not an operating port for Dragonair and there are also immigration constraints. Regrettably our provision of passenger care was not up to our usual high standards.
